Our team brings deep expertise in pricing strategy, lean pricing processes, pricing analytics and optimization, policy design, pricing communication, sales coaching, game theory practices, and organizational transformations.  We have worked with hundreds of companies in manufacturing, distribution, retail and service across many different industries and across the globe.  We understand multi-cultural, multi-currency, multi-channel, and multi-end use complexities.  We are skilled in high SKU, high customer count, highly configured and custom environments.  We often serve as subject matter experts for ERP configurations, price optimization software deployments, and in the private equity acquisition and sales cycles.


Adrienne Gordon
CEO and CoFounder

Adrienne Gordon began her pricing career in the late 90's at Fortune 500 Parker Hannifin. After leading their pilot strategic pricing program that ultimately became a global initiative, she spent 7 years supporting the global roll out and working with their 130+ manufacturing and distribution companies across the world.  This work got the attention of industry analysts and was profiled in the Wall Street Journal in 2007. 


Adrienne continued her price leadership career as the Pricing Director of American Greetings and soon after as an internal consultant for Fortune 500 Eaton Corporation. In 2008 she began consulting, ultimately launching Pricing Empowered LLC, a pricing practice serving B2B companies ranging from mid-market to Fortune 500’s.  She has partnered with many household brand names across diverse industries, including publicly owned, privately owned, and private equity owned companies.


At Pricing Empowered Adrienne is responsible for Operations and Client Experiences.


Adrienne holds an MBA from Western New England University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University. 


Fun fact:  Adrienne is also a certified Hypnotherapist and is an excellent party planner.


Andrew Gordon
CFO / CIO and CoFounder

Andrew also started his experience in pricing in the late 90’s, while working in the food wholesale industry.  Being responsible for the government segment, Andrew mastered the art of creating and negotiating government contracts.  In 2002, Andrew founded his first consulting firm Gordon Consulting, which focused on optimizing government contracts for clients.  While in that role, he pursued his love for technology and received several technology certifications. In 2011, Gordon Consulting was rolled into Pricing Empowered, LLC, a pricing practice serving B2B companies ranging from mid-market to Fortune 500’s.

Responsible for intelligence and analytics capabilities, Andrew serves Pricing Empowered as our Chief Financial and Technology Officer.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Bentley University.


Fun fact:  Andrew is also a working actor and producer in tv, commercial, and film.  He also runs 100 mile trail races for fun.


Amy Jenyk
and Marketing

Amy started her path in the late 90's working for the Wall Street Journal.  She was responsible for Advertising Sales in the Cleveland, Ohio office.  She was quickly recognized and started training sales teams on how to develop presentations for the Chicago sales office.   

She then dedicated the majority of her career to Publicis Groupe, the world's largest communication company, headquartered in Paris France.  She oversaw one of their North American divisions as General Manager at Omni Media Cleveland and co-managed a sister company in marketing.  In 2013 she was promoted to CEO of Omni Media Cleveland and then a few years later became  Proprietor.  Amy has overseen many high-level projects within her 20 years of experience and enjoys every project she has ever been involved with. 

At Pricing Empowered, Amy is responsible for  PM and Marketing. 

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Youngstown State University.

Fun fact: Amy also owns a travel agency and she loves to travel, cook and CrossFit.
